Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Demonstrated experience prospecting and managing clients with annual revenues in excess of $50MM+.
• Minimum of 10+ years commercial lending experience.
• Formal credit training strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial loan relationships and manage a portfolio of complex loans.
• Identify and develop new deposit relationships and cross-sell products.
• Analyze financial data to determine creditworthiness and structure terms.
• Collaborate with credit professionals to support credit approvals and renewals.
• Manage portfolio terms, covenant compliance and annual reviews.
