Job summary

Fulton Bank in the Tysons McLean, VA and DC area is seeking a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to grow and manage client relationships with businesses generating $5-25 million in revenue. The position is full-time and hybrid, with base salary ranges disclosed in the posting.

You will identify lending, deposit and fee opportunities, coordinate loan approvals, negotiate terms, and provide regular relationship reviews while coordinating with bank partners to maximize portfolio profitability

Qualifications

• 6+ years in commercial banking or related credit roles.
• 2+ years managing a large, complex client portfolio.
• Proven ability to establish and grow client relationships and cross-sell.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and develop prospects for lending, deposits and other financial services.
• Negotiate terms, navigate underwriting and close loans.
• Maintain client relationships and provide annual relationship reviews.
• Promote solutions to maximize profitability while managing risk.
• Build knowledge of diverse industries and network with regional partners.
• Keep sales platform updated and coordinate client opportunities.
• Ensure credit review and risk rating practices are followed.
