Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a full-time, hybrid Commercial Banking professional to build and manage client relationships with businesses generating $5–$25 million in revenue. You will coordinate loan, deposit and fee income products, identify cross-sell opportunities, and maintain strong client contact across the region.

You will work from Tysons Plaza Courtyard in McLean, VA or the 1M Street Building in DC, focusing on growing profitability while balancing risk and returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related field.
• 6+ years in Commercial Credit, Commercial banking, Consumer, or Small Business experience.
• 2+ years managing a large, complex portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospective customers with lending, deposit and financial service needs.
• Source loan opportunities, negotiate terms, and navigate underwriting and closing.
• Serve as primary contact for banking needs and provide annual relationship reviews.
• Promote solutions aligned with client needs while ensuring portfolio profitability.
• Maintain knowledge of market products and trends to inform client strategy.
