Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent work experience preferred.
Minimum of 6 years Commercial Banking experience, with at least 5 years in sales.
Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
Underwriting experience preferred.
Proven ability to build new and existing client business translating to increased revenue and positive client experience.
Strong financial statement analysis and understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop profitable new client relationships leveraging centers of influence and referrals.
Develop and implement a business plan to achieve financial goals and qualitative measures.
Work with internal partners to deepen existing relationships and acquire new clients.
Meet with customers regularly to understand needs and present tailored banking solutions.
Analyze financial information to determine credit requests and monitor credit exposure against risk guidelines.
