Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business or related field.
• 6+ years Commercial Banking experience with 5+ years in sales.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent.
• Underwriting experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build new and existing client revenue.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Treasury Management and lending options.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; adept at negotiations.

• Identify and develop profitable new client relationships.
• Develop and implement a business plan to hit financial goals.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deepen existing relationships.
• Attend community events and industry forums to expand networks.
• Analyze client needs and tailor relationship strategies with product partners.
• Meet clients regularly to strengthen the trusted advisor relationship.
• Utilize CRM and call reports to manage activity and pipeline.
• Monitor client financial performance and credit exposure.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Managers and Credit Officers on requests.
