You will partner with product teams to tailor solutions, review credit requests, and ensure compliance across all banking laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 8+ years of commercial banking experience required.
• Experience with structuring complex credit requests preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new business with assigned customers and target prospects.
• Serve as primary advisor for a portfolio of commercial relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with product partners to cross-sell a full range of products and services.
• Review portfolio to reduce risk and enhance profitability.
• Facilitate credit requests including loan structuring, pricing, collateral, and documentation.
• Resolve customer problems and engage product experts as needed.
• Engage in community and business functions to establish referrals.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
• Manage portfolios with large loan and deposit levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
