Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned commercial banking professional to manage relationships with Commercial, Corporate, or Community Banking customers.

You will drive revenue by prospecting for new business and expanding existing relationships, while approving loans within assigned limits and maintaining credit quality. The role requires seven to ten years of commercial lending experience, strong relationship-management and sales skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years of commercial lending experience.
• Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of credit and credit quality.
• Thorough knowledge of bank products and services.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages relationships with Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, or Community Banking commercial customers.
• Grows revenue by prospecting for new business and retaining/expanding existing relationships.
• Approves loans within assigned limits and manages loan/portfolio credit quality.
• Sources prospects and develops new customer relationships.
• Provides financial advice and sells bank products with appropriate referrals.
