Job summary

Truist in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an experienced Commercial Banking professional to identify, solicit, develop, manage, service and grow long-term relationships with clients generating $5MM to $75MM in annual sales. You will offer a full range of loan, deposit, and fee-based services and collaborate with Industry & Advisory teams to optimize client experience.

The role emphasizes IRM-driven relationship growth, risk-conscious credit involvement, and proactive client engagement to drive revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• 8+ years of experience with proven results in establishing new business relationships and retaining/growing existing business relationships.
• Strong command of credit and finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Truist processes to deliver a differentiated client experience across interactions.
• Manage, service and grow an assigned book of commercial banking clients.
• Proactively contact clients to develop commercial banking relationships via Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).
• Understand and contribute to the credit decisioning process, including analysis and interpretation of financial statements and underwriting requirements.
