Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) for remote work across the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. You will lead and coach Actuarial Analysts and Consultants, driving pricing strategies and analytics for commercial auto engagements with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, client-facing communication, and expert pricing analysis to deliver high-quality results on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS certification held or pursued
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop staff
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants on pricing and analytics projects
• Oversee actuarial analyses and guidance for client engagements
• Review work of analysts and ensure timely delivery
• Manage teams’ workload and resource tradeoffs
• Provide training and mentoring to staff
• Balance business results with constrained human capital
