Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area plus 5+ years of post-bachelor experience in statistical/actuarial analysis on commercial insurance
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 3+ years experience in personal lines actuarial analysis
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society)
• Strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train professional staff
• Knowledge of the Commercial Auto industry and general insurance marketplace

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external clients through project work
• Oversee actuarial analyses and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Coach and train Actuarial Consultants and Analysts
• Review work and manage team workload to meet deadlines
• Balance business results with human capital constraints
• Provide challenge to leadership and contribute to strategy
