Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial Analysts and Consultants on pricing and analytical projects. The role emphasizes coaching, project leadership, and high-quality deliverables for commercial auto insurance.

The position is remote across the United States, offering remote-first flexibility and a discretionary annual bonus up to 20%.

Qualifications

BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area; 5+ years post-bachelor experience doing statistical/actuarial analysis on commercial insurance.
Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area.
3+ years experience performing statistical/actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance.
3+ years commercial insurance experience.
ACAS certification required.
Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and train professional staff.
Experience managing teams in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants, providing coaching and direction across pricing/analytical projects.
Oversee actuarial analyses to support business decisions and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Recruit, interview, and conduct performance appraisals; manage salary actions, promotions, and disciplinary procedures.
Review work of Consultants/Analysts and ensure timely completion of projects.
Manage and train Actuarial Consultants/Analysts and supervise team workload and tradeoffs.
Present analyses, recommendations, and pricing strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
Travel for enterprise/meetings as needed.
