Connected International, Inc. (Connected Cannabis Co.) is seeking a Senior Commercial Operations Analyst to provide data-driven insights, forecasting, and BI support for the Commercial organization.

You will partner with Finance leadership to transform ERP/CRM and syndicated data into actionable recommendations across all markets. This role focuses on analytics, reporting accuracy, and enabling data-driven decisions, without owning customer relationships or sales execution.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 4–7 years in Commercial/Sales/Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/CRM and BI tools.
• Strong analytics, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate commercial dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting across all markets.
• Analyze ERP, CRM, inventory, customer, and sales data to identify trends, risks, and revenue opportunities.
• Deliver weekly commercial reviews with performance insights and recommended actions.
• Prepare executive reports for weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Develop forecasting models, sales projections, and revenue tracking tools.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify risks requiring leadership attention.
• Analyze pricing, promotions, inventory health, and assortment opportunities.
• Support territory planning, account segmentation, quota tracking, and performance measurement.
• Evaluate syndicated data (Headset, BDSA, Nielsen, Circana) for market share and opportunities.
• Provide regular competitive intelligence and commercial recommendations.
• Measure promotional ROI and distribution performance.
