Clearsulting is a global consulting company delivering positive change through digital finance. We are seeking a Senior Commercial Operations Analyst to own day-to-day ops for a high-volume portfolio within the Digital Reporting & Compliance Practice, coordinating across sales cycles and client documentation.

The role involves partnering with leadership across Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Alliance teams, maintaining Salesforce hygiene, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in commercial operations, sales operations, pursuit management, or related roles in professional services or tech.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end commercial and contracting activities including MSAs, SOWs, pricing, and client docs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, ownership, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders and clients.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial operations for a high-volume portfolio across multiple sales cycles.
• Partner with Practice Leaders, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Alliance teams to manage timelines and approvals.
• Coordinate MSAs, SOWs, pricing support, PO setup, contracting, and internal approvals.
• Prepare pursuit materials and coordinate contributions from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene: opportunity stages, forecasting, notes, activities, and docs.
• Monitor pursuit status, identify risks and bottlenecks impacting deal timelines.
• Analyze pipeline activity and provide insights to improve forecasting and execution.
• Support Workiva alliance initiatives and other client events to generate opportunities.
