Job summary

Clearsulting LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Commercial Operations Analyst to own day-to-day operations for a high-volume portfolio across multiple sales cycles, from qualification to project launch. Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in commercial operations, sales operations, pursuit management, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end commercial activities including proposals, pricing, MSAs/SOWs, PO setup, and client documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial operations for a high-volume portfolio across multiple sales cycles.
• Coordinate pursuit logistics including MSAs, SOWs, pricing, and contracting.
• Prepare pursuit materials and maintain high-quality client-ready deliverables.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and monitor pursuit status across the portfolio.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and provide actionable insights to leaders.
