Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Premier Account Executive to drive growth with large commercial accounts across multiple territories. You will lead sales of integrated security solutions and build strategic relationships with facilities, IT, and finance stakeholders.

The role requires a proven track record of quota attainment, superior communication and presentation skills, and the ability to navigate a matrix organization to maximize market share.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience (12 years in the same type of position).
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quota.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and drive sales across multiple territories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business with large commercial accounts across multiple territories.
• Sell integrated security solutions including video surveillance and access control.
• Manage bids, renewals, and add-on opportunities with key decision makers.
• Represent the company at trade shows and maintain strong customer relationships.
