Job summary

Monks is seeking a Sr Manager, Commerce Strategy to lead day-to-day commerce relationships and growth for top clients. You will turn raw retail and advertising data into strategic decisions and guide cross-functional teams.

With 5+ years in commerce and 3+ years on Amazon platforms, you will present to senior leaders, drive cross-team initiatives and mentor junior members in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commerce, retail media, or related fields.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
• Experience with promotion planning, pricing and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commerce strategy and growth plans for client accounts.
• Design ad strategies with activation teams across Amazon products.
• Link advertising to retail fundamentals including pricing and inventory.
• Lead client interactions and prepare monthly/quarterly performance reviews.
• Craft growth recommendations from analytics and data sources.
