Job summary

Code3 is seeking a Supervisor, Commerce Strategy & Client Partnerships to lead commerce and digital marketing strategies for high-profile clients across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and more. This role sits at the center of our Connections, Creative, and Commerce model to drive growth through retail strategy, media, content, and creative innovation.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in digital commerce, with hands-on experience in Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, Walmart Connect, and other

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital commerce, retail media, or marketplace strategy.
• Experience across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart, or similar ecosystems.
• Hands-on with marketplace content, promotions, and catalog management.
• Strong client management and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable client insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day client lead across marketplaces and retail media networks.
• Lead client status calls, reporting reviews, and ongoing communications.
• Translate marketplace performance into clear, integrated client narratives.
• Support development of marketplace growth plans and annual strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on campaigns and assets.
• Identify opportunities from data and present recommendations to clients.
