Job summary

Starcom, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks an outstanding Manager of Commerce Media to lead Amazon-focused shopper marketing. You will manage Sr Analysts and Analysts within the Search and Prevision capability, establishing performance metrics, reporting results, and fostering client and vendor relationships.

You will identify optimizations, support client decks, attend meetings, and bring hands-on self-serve expertise on Amazon to a growing team.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree and 5 to 7 years of digital media experience, 4+ years of SEM/e-Commerce/Shopper Marketing experience.
• Prior experience managing direct report(s) preferred.
• Strong familiarity with the digital environment and a clear understanding of media planning and buying process.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sr Analysts and Analysts within the Search and Prevision capability team to establish performance metrics and report results.
• Oversee daily search campaign monitoring, optimization, reporting and testing.
• Write and deliver media strategies and translate them into final media recommendations.
• Foster client and vendor relationships and act as the face of our digital media plans.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures for campaign implementations.
