Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing, digital media planning, or related disciplines.
• 3-4+ years of people leadership experience.
• Ecommerce experience required and digital media across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of six, including two people leaders, fostering accountability and growth.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders on commerce media investment strategies.
• Own annual commerce media planning across priority retail customers and execute aligned digital strategies.
• Measure performance using KPIs and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Manage investments across key retail media networks and platforms (Walmart Connect, Kroger PM, Roundel, Amazon Ads).
