Job summary

Starcom seeks a Manager of Commerce Media to lead Amazon-focused campaigns for a top client. You will supervise Sr Analysts and Analysts, shape search strategies, and translate insights into media recommendations.

You will partner with internal teams and clients to set metrics, manage budgets, and drive performance across the Shopper Marketing discipline within a global agency network.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree and 5–7 years of digital media experience, including 4+ years in SEM/e‑Commerce/Shopper Marketing.
• Strong familiarity with the digital environment and media planning and buying processes.
• Amazon experience and proficiency with SKAI or Pacvue preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for day-to-day clients.
• Spearhead development of search strategies and analyses for clients (keyword recommendations, day-parting, timing).
• Oversee Sr Analysts and Analysts, ensure daily campaign monitoring, optimization, reporting and testing.
• Lead budgeting and performance forecasting with data-based rationale.
• Develop and deliver media strategies and translate into final media recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to maximize impact.
