Qualifications

• Proficient with Mitchell and CCC estimating systems, ERAC and DRP management systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned responsibilities according to the Company Standard Operating Procedures.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally, assess their needs, and deliver customer service excellence.
• Capture potential business from walk-in or call-in customers by communicating confidence in our capabilities.
• Prioritize jobs based on repair type and expedite express repairs for cycle time efficiency.
• Inspect, analyze, and evaluate damaged vehicles to create accurate repair estimates.
• Identify prior damage through check-in photos and pre-scanning the vehicle.
• Ensure maximum profitability by proper labor resource allocation and repair vs replacement decisions.
• Inform customers about repair process, insurance claim processes, and delivery timelines.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and maintain accurate notes.
• Write comprehensive auto body collision repair plans after disassembly.
• Ensure repairs meet OE standards, DRP guidelines, and ADAS calibration requirements.
• Verify quality at each stage of the repair process.
• Source, order & receive parts per insurer and company guidelines.
• Ensure accurate final bill and DRP-compliant supplements are documented.
• Deliver vehicles to customers with complete explanations and payments finalized.
• Scan all documentation into CCC One (check-in, estimates, invoices, payments).
• Maintain an accurate CCC Calendar and monitor DRP portals daily.
• Cultivate strong DRP, Fleet and Dealer relationships, meeting performance metrics.
