Job summary

Classic Collision in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a customer-facing Estimator to guide clients from drop-off to delivery of their repaired vehicle.

You will prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners, coordinate with insurance companies, and communicate updates throughout the repair process. The role emphasizes integrity, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced, growth-oriented shop.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• CCC1 estimating system familiarity (preferred).
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off through delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage the customer’s claim for the best experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
