Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a customer-focused estimator to guide repair customers from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, coordinating with shops and insurance partners to ensure a smooth experience.

Experience with CCC1 estimating systems is preferred; I-CAR/ASE certification is a plus. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage claims for best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
