Job summary

Texas Collision Centers Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor to inspect vehicles, prepare repair estimates, and explain processes to customers. You will communicate with insurance providers, check-in vehicles, and keep customers informed on repairs and timelines.

Qualifications

Experience in automotive collision estimating is preferred.
Experience with CCC One estimating software is preferred.
Strong customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Inspect damage to determine repair scope for body, structural, mechanical or interior areas.
Prepare repair estimates for customers’ vehicles.
Explain repair processes and timelines to customers.
Communicate with insurance companies to obtain repair authorization.
Check-in vehicles with customers and provide progress updates.
Explain estimated repair times and status updates to customers.
Handle total loss processes when required.
Perform final quality control inspection after repairs.
Deliver repaired vehicle to the customer.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
