Job summary

Financial Pacific Leasing, Inc. (a subsidiary of Columbia Bank) seeks an experienced collections professional to manage a 91–120 day delinquency portfolio. You will negotiate repayment solutions, protect financial interests, and maintain professional customer experiences across calls, email, and written communication.

You will investigate accounts, develop strategies, document outcomes, and coordinate with teams to maximize recoveries while upholding compliance and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous collections experience required.
• Collection experience in a leasing/contract environment or equivalent preferred.
• Data entry skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Consistently demonstrates ability and willingness to build relationships with associates.
• Ability to think critically and provide appropriate solutions.
• Requires reading, writing and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with lessees that are 91-120 days past due by telephone, mail and personal contact.
• Possesses and demonstrates strong telephone customer service skills.
• Meet and exceed goals (specifically NPA).
• Prepare files for Attorney Demand Letters/Litigation packets when necessary.
• Prepare Settlement packets including FMV’s and Credit Bureau Requests.
• Maintain knowledge of UDAAP and FDCPA tenets.
• Provide highest level of customer service to lessees, vendors, brokers and staff.
