Regional Finance is seeking a Collections Specialist to handle outbound and inbound calls, determine best delinquency resolution, and deliver excellent customer service. You will use a range of workout techniques and basic accounting concepts to resolve accounts and protect assets.

The role emphasizes compliance with procedures, data accuracy, and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining professional communication with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of collections experience.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.
• 5+ years of collections experience (preferred).
• Bi-lingual (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Compare and evaluate possible loan resolution solutions and decide which to recommend to customers.
• Respond promptly to servicing questions and concerns.
• Assist borrowers with other loan maintenance requests.
• Input data and verify information to process electronic payments.
• Provide customers with information about products and services to generate revenue.
• Properly document each customer interaction in the servicing system.
• Perform loan-related mathematical equations.
• Perform follow-up and research tasks to ensure problem resolution.
• Adhere to scheduling guidelines to ensure phone coverage.
• Adhere to operational controls to ensure safety of customer assets.
• Explain loan payment histories using basic accounting concepts and request corrections when necessary.
• Perform follow-up and research tasks to ensure resolution.
• Other duties as assigned
