Job summary

Brady is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst in the United States to support and enhance collection activities, drive cash flow management, and minimize financial risk. You will work with customers and cross-functional teams to improve collection processes and resolve complex account issues.

You will analyze customer accounts to identify overdue balances and collaborate to resolve payment issues while implementing strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce bad debt exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in collections, credit, accounts receivable, or a related financial role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience analyzing customer accounts and managing collection activities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer accounts and identify overdue balances and collection risks.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding invoices and payment issues.
• Implement strategies that support cash flow optimization and minimize bad debt exposure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and improve collection policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor collection activities and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Investigate and resolve escalated customer issues and disputes related to collections and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate collection records, account reconciliations, and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance collection performance and operational efficiency.
