Job summary

Klein Tools is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator III to produce machined parts by setting up and running complex CNC mills and lathes in a safety‑conscious, quality‑driven shop in Trevose, PA. You will load programs, adjust tooling, verify dimensions, and document operations to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining tool life, keeping a neat 5S workspace, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 5 years experience operating and programming CNC Mills or Lathes.
• 7 years experience preferred.
• Must read, write, speak and understand basic English.
• Proficiency in basic math and trigonometry.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts.
• Set up complex CNC jobs by loading programs and adjusting tooling.
• Make adjustments to the program as needed.
• Load and unload raw materials and parts into machines.
• Verify settings by measuring with calipers, gauges, micrometers, and sample parts.
