Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review work center procedures and schedule to optimize workflow.
• Inform personnel on methods and procedures for assignments.
• Perform job setups as needed.
• Maintain high quality and production rates within the department.
• Inspect work for accuracy, neatness and conformance to specs.
• Train and mentor new employees.
• Identify and correct errors in methods and procedures.
• Document setup procedures and machine operation changes.
• Recommend adjustments to work standards and monitor achievement.
• Improve efficiency via setup reduction and problem resolution.
• Fulfill duties of a Level III operator as assigned.
• Perform other duties within scope of work.
