Genuine Search Group seeks an experienced Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and service CNC machinery at customer sites. You will diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control issues, perform preventive maintenance, and train customers on operation and upkeep in diverse manufacturing settings.

Travel up to 80% is required, including trips lasting up to a week. A strong background in Fanuc or Siemens controls and reading schematics is essential, with engineering qualifications and a

• 4+ years of hands-on CNC maintenance and service.
• Experience with Fanuc and/or Siemens CNC control systems.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, drives, and servo motors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%, including trips lasting up to one week.
• Valid driver’s license and passport (or ability to obtain one).

Responsabilidades

• Perform installation, commissioning, and start-up of CNC machinery at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues on CNC equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system performance evaluations.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on proper machine operation and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot CNC control systems, including Fanuc and/or Siemens platforms.
• Interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
• Document service activities, maintain accurate records, and submit detailed service reports.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures at all times.
