Job summary

Good Samaritan Society - Mandan Sunset is seeking a Senior Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care in our 128-bed facility in Mandan, ND. The role supports the nursing team during the 2:00pm–10:15pm shift, including every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Applicants must have an active CNA certification, a HS diploma or GED, and prior long-term care experience. We offer benefits and a faith-based, compassionate work environment focused on quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing.
• Previous experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and daily living activities.
• Record vital signs and assist with routine health tasks as required.
• Support restorative and wellness programs and assist with meals and dining activities.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
