Job summary

Good Samaritan Society - Mandan Sunset is seeking a Senior Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. The role reports to RNs and includes assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and routines coupled with documentation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital signs, and meals.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Support restorative nursing programs and wellness activities.
• Follow infection prevention policies and PPE usage.
