Humana seeks a Senior Configuration Management Analyst to own governance and continuous improvement of the CMDB. You will partner with infrastructure, ITSM, ITAM, and security teams to ensure accurate, trusted CMDB data and actionable insights.

You will mature CMDB capabilities, drive automation opportunities, and support AI-enabled analytics while leading data quality initiatives and stakeholder engagement across a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/IS.
• 5+ years in Configuration Management, CMDB, ITSM or related fields.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow CMDB experience.
• Experience managing CMDB processes in a large enterprise.
• Strong understanding of CM principles and data governance.
• Experience analyzing CI relationships and service mapping.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day CMDB operations and investigations involving CIs and data quality.
• Monitor CMDB health, data quality metrics, certifications, and governance controls.
• Coordinate remediation with application and infrastructure owners.
• Develop CMDB procedures, standards, and documentation.
• Serve as SME for CMDB processes and governance.
