Humana in the United States is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Analyst to lead CMDB governance, data quality, and operations. You will partner with infrastructure, ITSM, security, and application teams to ensure CMDB data is accurate, trusted, and actionable.

You will drive CMDB maturation, use analytics and dashboards, and contribute to AI-enabled insights and intelligent automation. The role emphasizes process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring compliant governance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT fields.
• 5+ years in Configuration Management or CMDB operations.
• 3+ years hands-on with ServiceNow CMDB and related processes.
• Experience managing CMDB governance, data quality, audits, and ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day CMDB operations, CI relationships, data quality, and ownership.
• Monitor CMDB health, metrics, and governance controls.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Develop CMDB procedures, standards, and documentation.
• Drive improvements in data accuracy, relationship mapping, and automation.
• Support testing and validation of CMDB enhancements and releases.
• Develop dashboards and metrics for CMDB health and performance.
