Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Configuration Management / CMDB operations.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow CMDB.
• Experience with CMDB data quality, governance, audits.
• Strong analytical, root cause analysis, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day CMDB operations and investigations for CIs and data quality.
• Monitor CMDB health, metrics, certifications, and governance controls.
• Develop and maintain CMDB procedures, standards, and documentation.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and service owners for remediation.
• Develop dashboards and metrics on CMDB health and performance.
• Identify automation opportunities and AI-enabled insights.
