Job summary

PNC Financial Services invites a Loan Analyst to support the servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet and agency loans. You will analyze complex loan agreements to apply terms in servicing activities and ensure compliance with loan documents and internal policies.

Responsibilities include processing borrower requests, monitoring delinquencies, reviewing late charge waivers, and maintaining accurate records in the servicing system.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required; related experience preferred.
• 4+ years of related business or loan servicing experience.
• Experience analyzing complex loan agreements and servicing.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans.
• Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements for servicing activities.
• Review payments, escrows, reserve disbursements, and covenant testing.
• Maintain accurate servicing records in the servicing system.
• Assist in onboarding new loans and tax/insurance administration.
