Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager for the Global Financial Services team to drive cloud transformations with insurance and financial services leaders in the US.

You will partner with executives to translate business objectives into actionable adoption plans and guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex cloud migrations and AI-enabled initiatives. You will influence cloud adoption programs, mentor junior CSMs, and help clients realize measurable

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership and delivering customer benefits.
• 3+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives and technologists to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams across broad functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Define cloud migration and digital transformation strategy from the customer business case.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact GenAI and AI/ML use cases; guide exploration of Bedrock and modern data services.
• Drive people and operating model change to enable AWS adoption.
• Accelerate migrations and maturation of Cloud Business Office capabilities at scale.
• Establish governance structures and executive engagement with customers.
