Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) in San Francisco to help customers accelerate value creation across the AWS portfolio through strategic migrations and cloud-native solutions.

You will work with sales, solution architecture, enterprise support, and partners to design end-to-end adoption experiences, manage multiple initiatives, and influence digital transformation across IT and business units.

Responsibilities

• Execute a near-, mid-, and long-term cloud transformation strategy with the customer and AWS teams.
• Demonstrate strong customer engagement and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain broad knowledge of technologies to unlock customer opportunities.
• Advance adoption through education and enablement.
• Identify high-impact AWS use cases and best-practice implementations with the customer.
• Coordinate with Customer, AWS, and Partner teams to accelerate the cloud journey.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior CSMs across Amazon organizations.
