Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Success Account Manager (TSAM) to drive strategic technical guidance for customers. You will own platform health, governance, and resilient workloads on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

As trusted advisor, translate business objectives into rigorous governance, advocate best practices, and ensure continuous service improvements across client footprints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with core cloud concepts and enterprise architecture (networking, compute, storage, security).
• Experience presenting to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience supporting customers in critical cloud operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead Technical Governance, focusing on platform health metrics.
• Provide technical guidance and advocate for best practices via workshops.
• Drive platform stability and architectural health assessments.
• Advise on reliability concerns and scalable, resilient workloads.
• Translate customer needs into product feedback for roadmaps.
