Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Success Account Manager to lead governance and ensure platform health across critical Google Cloud workloads. You will translate business objectives into rigorous technical strategies and serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps, drive reliability, and advocate for best practices across customer environments in Sunnyvale, Irvine, or LA campuses.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS or related field.
15 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
Experience with core cloud concepts including networking, compute, storage, IAM, databases, and cloud-native apps.
Experience presenting to technical and executive stakeholders.
Experience supporting customers in cloud operations and escalation management.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead Technical Governance focusing on platform health metrics.
Provide technical guidance and advocate adoption of Google Cloud architecture best practices.
Drive platform stability and architectural health assessments.
Act as strategic technical advisor for reliability concerns and roadmaps.
Translate customer needs into feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
