DigitalOcean, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to act as a strategic partner for key business customers. You will guide deployments, solve complex challenges, and maximize cloud value.

The role blends leadership, technical depth, and strategic influence in a fast-paced startup environment. You will lead architecture design, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, and Account Managers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Strong Linux expertise and automation knowledge.
• Programming skills in at least one language (Python or Go).
• Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and Docker.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proven track record of delivering customer-focused technical solutions.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical consultation and design tailored architectures for customers.
• Maintain deep product and cloud ecosystem knowledge.
• Lead regular technical sessions and enable customers to self-manage environments.
• Manage key accounts and drive engagement, retention and growth.
• Conduct QBRs and align customer strategy with DigitalOcean goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Support to resolve escalations and document solutions.
• Develop tools to streamline engagement and improve efficiency.
• Stay current with cloud and AI trends to guide customers.
