Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Dallas seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to guide Fortune 500 enterprises in maximizing value from AWS across Compute, Storage, DB, AI/ML, Networking and more. You will be the customer advocate and technical leader, shaping cloud strategies and ensuring operational excellence.

You will travel about 10% and partner with AWS product teams to address risks, optimize cloud maturity, and support adoption and success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices.
• Drive discussions with senior leadership regarding operational excellence, cloud maturity, support, and risk management.
• Travel 10% or more as needed.
