Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Technical Account Manager (TAM) to influence Fortune 500 enterprises and maximize value from AWS services across Compute, Storage, Database, AI/ML, and more. You will serve as a technical leader and voice of the customer.

You will craft cloud strategies, advocate for best practices, and guide customers toward operational excellence while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customers adoption and use of AWS services.
• Represent AWS at customer meetings and discuss operational excellence, cloud maturity, and risk management.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices.
• Travel 10% or more as needed.
