Job summary

Google Cloud TAM role located across multiple US campuses (Austin, Playa Vista, Seattle, etc.) seeks a seasoned professional to guide large-scale cloud transformations. You will lead strategic tech implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage executive-level reviews to align business and technical goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations (e.g., launch or capacity planning, product release management), cloud technical support, cloud escalation management, or cloud consulting.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey and managing timelines, milestones, migration goals and business transformation strategies.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development across multiple work streams and teams.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand the customer’s business, develop strategic roadmaps, and lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions.
• Plan for customer events and launches, partnering with Support, Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers to ensure customer success and guide issues/escalations to resolution.
• Develop best practices and assets from engagements to scale initiatives through partners and accelerate Google Cloud adoption.
