Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Technical Account Manager II in Google Cloud Consulting to lead customer adoption of Cloud products. You will guide strategic and technical aspects of transformations, manage Cloud Consulting engagements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates bring extensive cloud operations experience, stakeholder management, and proven ability to drive customer success through strategic roadmaps and executive engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role driving technical implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, cloud support, escalation management, or cloud consulting.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey and guiding milestones.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome blockers and drive new feature development across streams.
• Develop relationships to understand business needs and lead quarterly business reviews with executives.
• Plan customer events and launches with support engineers to ensure successful outcomes.
• Create best practices from engagements to scale adoption through partners and ecosystems.

Education

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field

MBA or Master's in Management/Engineering
