Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of systems engineering or related experience in production environments.
• Experience with AWS/Azure cloud services, Linux/Windows admin, and scripting for automation.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support of complex cloud systems.
• Detect, document, report, and resolve system outages or issues.
• Maintain system configurations, perform installations, and document changes.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure uptime.
• Implement continuous improvement in IT systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with VA standards and security policies.
