Job summary

Crusoe Cloud is seeking a versatile Cloud Support Engineer in New York, NY. You’ll be the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring smooth Crusoe Cloud usage for AI workloads, HPC, and simulations.

Responsibilities include on-call incident management, SLA-driven support via Zendesk, and collaboration with SRE/Networking teams. A strong Linux CLI background and 5+ years in cloud/support are preferred, with remote/on-site flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or 4+ years of equivalent tech experience.
• Experience with Linux CLI and cloud platforms.
• 5+ years in a cloud/storage/networking support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support via Zendesk with SLA and CSAT targets.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and incident lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot VMs, hardware issues, and scaling tests using CLI and internal tools.
• Collaborate with SRE/Networking/Storage teams on RCA delivery.
• Create onboarding materials, knowledge base docs, and SOPs.
