Job summary

Crusoe Cloud is seeking a Senior Cloud Support Engineer to be the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring seamless use of Crusoe Cloud for AI workloads.

You will troubleshoot VMs, hardware issues, and scaling tests, while coordinating with SRE/Networking/Storage teams to drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement. This full-time role is based in Denver, CO with on-site responsibilities and a strong emphasis on customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent technical experience.
• Strong CLI in Linux environments.
• 2-5 years in a customer support role in cloud, storage, or networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support via Zendesk with SLAs and high CSAT.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to VMs, hardware failures, and scaling tests using CLI and internal tools.
• Manage alert triage, preparation for maintenance windows, and node delivery testing.
• Collaborate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams from triage to RCA delivery.
• Adhere to global team processes for ticketing and handoffs.
• Develop onboarding materials, knowledge base, and SOPs.
