• Governance - Help customers establish the operating models and structures (Cloud/AI CoE, communities of practice, adoption frameworks) that set them up for long-term, scalable success.
• Define strategic opportunities tied to large-scale migrations, AI/GenAI, data & analytics, digital innovation, or product modernization
• Drive detailed business and technical discussions with stakeholders at every level
• Navigate risks and roadblocks using acceleration frameworks to keep programs on track
• Coach customers through their cloud journey and advocate for their needs with AWS leadership, product, and engineering teams
