Job summary

Amazon’s AWS Global Sales seeks a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to guide customers through migration to the AWS cloud, design cloud journeys, and drive end-to-end engagements across technical and business teams.

You will partner with sales, solution architecture, support, and partners to deliver measurable business value, build roadmaps, and lead large-scale programs with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs.
• 4+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives, technologists or partners to solve problems with advanced technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• Experience leading transformation project teams across broad functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills through all levels of an organization including C-Suite
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing, to unlock opportunities for customers
• Possess a strong background in change management and incorporate organizational change best practices into project delivery
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
• Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of AWS as well as best practice implementations
• Assist in developing long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
• Manage time efficiently, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the sales and marketing team
